Please note

During COVID-19 all bookings are to be made via the booking secretary who will provide relevant risk assessments and policies which are also available on the hall noticeboard.

Please ensure that you read and familiarise yourself with the COVID-19 hirer responsibilities.

A booking form can be obtained from the booking secretary on Tel: 07956 617695, 9:00AM to 6:00PM or downloaded from this page.

To reserve the Hall please complete the booking form and send it, together with with the fees to the booking secretary at the address provided on the booking form.

Payment should be made by bank transfer, details of which can be found on the booking form. We regret that credit cards of any kind cannot be accepted. If the balance of the charges is not paid at least 7 days before the date of the function(s) the hiring is liable to cancellation.

Please ensure that you read the notes opposite.

Please note: Unfortunately we cannot accept bookings for 18th or 21st birthday parties.
